We are a no refunds business. Jewelry, especially earrings, are considered unhygienic once worn. We cannot accept any return on jewelry related items for this reason.

If, for whatever reason, your item arrived broken, please provide photo evidence to our email in the contact form. I will then process a new item out to you immediately.
